In which I ponder a trade...

Oy. Some bad days have got me back to 25.5 points. No offense and some bad pitching outings will do that to a man. Positives: Alex Sanchez is stealing bases like a criminal, Brian Giles is on his way back from the DL and Shawn Green is showing signs of life. BFM went on the DL and the Reign of Error barely noticed. Izzy is now out until Memorial Day...that's not good, but saves have thus far not been a real problem (I'm in 2nd place in that category). The next two weeks or so will be important for my team to start making a move. If nothing happens, it's time to make a bonafide trade.

Oy.

Still in last place, but other teams are struggling...for the last few days, during the day I've actually moved into 7th place though at days end I'm back in the cellar. No worries, still feeling good about where my team is going. DVB and I went to the game yesterday and he mentioned several times how two years ago his team was in last place deep into May, and he won the league. So, I've got that going for me. Which is nice. No real special performances yesterday to cite, except that Huck did play Lance "Sexually Ambiguous" Berkman on a day when he had 6 RBI which is good, since they sat him a day or so ago...which was odd and clearly something they won't do again.
