The Candy Gurus!

Do you like candy?

Specifically, do you like sours and licorice and things your three year old son or nephew might call "treats"? Then the Candy Gurus is the site for you.

I suppose decorum dictates that I acknowledge this is crafted by both my brother and my brother-in-law, and they also let me guest post yesterday about a recent discovery, the Reese's Big Cup. (No, not a sour or licorice, but they let me in anyhow.) Check it out here, and then surf the site for more fantastic reviews by some pretty seriously candy obsessed kids.

  1. You are so, so wrong about this. And I can prove it. Just making a Reese's bigger doesn't make it better. By your estimation, the smaller Reese's cups shouldn't be as good as the normal-size -- and yet, they are, oh, how they are. Even better, because you can put the whole thing in your mouth and let the chocolate melt into the peanutbuttery goodness.

  2. Great Big Reese's review.
    Thanks for writing kid.
    Next time - no cocoa.
And really, is chocolate that popular? I bet it would be if there was Sour Patch Chocokids yeah!

  3. Yeah, great guest review. And, ...yes, we love the sour/gummy/chewy candies most, but I've begrudgingly come to the conclusion that there are 4 chocolate based candies that I LOVE:
    Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
    Almond Joy/Mounds
    Snickers
    Twix (TWIX!!)

So...I suppoes there's a place for chocolate in this world, it's just in the back of the bus.
